FAQ's

Will the printing fade after a few washings?
Like any other prints over a garment, we expect to see some wear and tear in the apparel and, therefore, on their prints. While there is no exact number for how many washes the print can take, DTG prints are well known for durability and keeping their quality for most of the garment’s life cycle.
How long will your stickers last?

Your custom stickers’ durability will vary based on surface placement, care, weather conditions and exposure. Depending on these variables, they are designed to be fade-resistant for 1-3 years.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive by the date you select during checkout provided you approved your proof within 24 hours. If there is a delay in the proof approval process your delivery date will be pushed forward a corresponding number of days. For example, if there is a 4 day delay in the proof approval process then your delivery date will move forward 4 business days.

Can you rush my order?

For US orders, there’s a $9 rush production option offered during checkout for orders smaller than $500 that allows your order to ship in 3 days instead of 4. Rush production is only available for US orders and is not available for larger orders.

Can I get a discount for ordering multiple designs?

Yes, we automatically discount your order as you add more items to your cart. Each unique design must be ordered as a separate line item.

To calculate your discount, we determine the total amount of material and labor required to process your order. You can see how this works by adding multiple items to your cart. In general, as your order becomes larger your discount will be more significant.

A few ways you can take advantage of this feature:

  1. Order multiple variations of the same product (for example, you may want to order 5 different design variations of a 3″ circle).
  2. Order a set of completely unique stickers (for example, you could order circle stickerssticker sheets, and die-cut stickers at the same time and we’d price it as if it was one large order).
  3. Add a few extra designs to a large order. Since we calculate the price of your order based on its total size, if you need to order a large quantity of one design you can add a few extra designs for a low price.
What file formats do you accept?

We accept all standard artwork formats. Send us your artwork and we’ll provide an online proof within 4 hours. You can request changes to your proof and we will make them for free until you’re happy.

While we accept all standard artwork formats, we recommend uploading vector artwork when possible. Otherwise, we recommend that your artwork be at least 300 pixels per inch.

What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?

The peeled sticker for die-cut and kiss-cut stickers is exactly the same. The only difference is that kiss-cut stickers have a larger square backing to peel from that can be printed on and protects the stickers. Die-cut stickers are cut to the exact shape of the design.

What do you mean by satisfaction guarantee?

If there’s a quality problem with your order, contact us and we will replace any defective units for free.

What if I receive the incorrect quantity?

We aim to be within 10 percent of your requested order amount. It’s more likely there will be extra units in your shipment. But, if your order is short, contact us and we will rush a reprint of the missing units or credit you for the value of the missing units.

Can I see samples before I buy?

Yes, we offer sample packs with a collection of 9 stickers for $1. We also allow you to order 10 custom stickers for $9 using your artwork including free shipping. This allows you to get stickers with your artwork and see our quality before placing a larger order.

File & Image Tips for the Highest Quality Results

To ensure that your product’s end result looks its best, it’s important to consider the resolution and color space of the image you are having us print. Here are some step-by-step instructions to help us produce the highest-quality product for you:

  1. Choose your image: Select the image that you want to print. Make sure that it is a high-resolution image, ideally 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher. Higher-resolution images will produce sharper and clearer prints.

  2. Check the color space: Check the color space of your image to ensure that it is compatible with your printer. Most printers use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color space, so if your image is in RGB (red, green, blue) color space, you will need to convert it to CMYK before printing.

  3. Edit your image: Use photo editing software to edit your image as needed. Adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness to improve the overall quality of your image.

  4. Resize your image: Resize your image to the desired print size. Ensure that the aspect ratio of your image matches the aspect ratio of the product we will print for you.
